Today's recipe with fruits is very interesting form of rice. It is a great idea to pack for lunch, for parties and also a quick dinner.. The flavor is mild and will be little sweet, so please serve them with spicy side dish.. I served them with spicy Aloo Gobi. I got this recipe from a TV show.

Tinned Fruit - 2 cups (chopped)
Paneer - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Peas - 1/4 cup (optional)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tea spoon

Cooked Rice - 3 cups
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped fine)
Dry Fruits - 2 table spoons

Ginger - 1 tea spoon (grated)
Method

After 10 seconds, add the peas and dry fruits
Now add the canned fruit and allow it to cook until any moisture evaporates
