To a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, asafetida, black salt, salt, sugar, lemon juice, tamarind paste and add 1 cup water and blend to a paste
Run this through a sieve and take the maximum flavor out
Put the remains back to the blender and blend it again with another 1/2 cup water
Run it through the sieve again
Discard the waste pulp now
Add water and mix it well
Refrigerate and when ready to serve add some ice cubes, garnish with the mint leaves / coriander leaves and serve chilled!!
