Strawberry Oats Milkshake is a quick and healthy drink. It can be made in less than 5 minutes, but tastes better chilled, so refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This will serve 3 – 4. Just before serving give it a good mix. Love this for breakfast and makes a great start to the day!! I am choosing this delicious milk shake for the Potluck Party and Kid's delight - Summer Special
Ingredients
Oats – ½ cup
Strawberry – 10 (around 300 grams)
Dates - 15
Milk – 3 cups
Almonds – ¼ cup
Almond pieces – 4 (optional)
Method
Roast the almonds for 1 – 2 minutes until a nice aroma comes and set aside
Also roast the oats for a minute and set aside.
To a blender, add the almonds, strawberry, dates (chopped) and oats and run for a minute or until it is a coarse paste
Now add the milk and blend until smooth and creamy
Refrigerate and serve chilled
Top it with almond pieces if desired.. Serve chilled
