Here we travel all the way to Hyderabad with this delicious street food made with idli... I got this recipe from here and this takes the level of idli from bring simple to exotic.. Serve this as-is or with coconut chutney!!
Ingredients
Mini Idli - 10
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Milagai Podi - 2 table spoons
Butter - 2 table spoons
Coriander Leaves - 3 table spoons (chopped)
Method
Heat a tawa and add the butter
When the butter melts, add the milagai podi and chopped onions
Add 1 table spoon of chopped coriander leaves
Cook for a minute
Add the idli on this and cook on both sides until the masala is well coated
Remove from tawa and serve hot!!
We enjoyed this as-is but you can relish them with coconut chutney!!
