Payatham Laddo (பயத்தம் லாடு)

Payatham Laddo is a simple and quick sweet very popular in India done during festivals. The Ingredients are in almost all pantries and this can be done in less than 30 minutes. The main ingredient is paasi parupu and sugar. This sweet has one of the longest shelf life and it will last for a very long time. Add ¼ cup of ghee first and if balls are not formed, then add 2 table spoons more. This recipe will make around 28 laddos. This can also be made with jaggery instead of sugar.
