Bruschetta

Bruschetta (pronounced as brusketta) is an Italian Appetizer which is quick and easy to make. It is an appetizer from Central Italy whose origin dates to at least 15th century. It consists of toasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt, and tomato salad. It is a very healthy breakfast consisting salad, toasted bread and very little cheese. The key of tasty and refreshing bruschetta is from its fresh ingredients.

Pav - Homemade Pav

Pav is a delicious bread that is served warm with generous butter. It is accompanied by Bhaji for Pav Bhaji, by Misal for Misal Pav, by vada for Vada Pav, by patty and onion slices and tomato slices for a burger.  I am sharing this for BM #24.

Sweet Potato Fries (baked)

Substitutes are very hard to make especially if you love the original dish... French Fries or Finger fries or just fries, however it is called is a side dish that so many people love and can actually eat as the main dish!!!! Fries are with regular potatoes and are fried..This is a very healthy dish which tastes yummy and is a great substitute for French fries. I served it with a side of ranch sauce (recipe coming soon) and it tasted out of the world and was done in a few minutes!!! I am so excited to share this for BM #24

Sun Dried Tomatoes, Onion and Olives Tart - Savory Tart

This is the first time I am doing a tart.. I generally thought tarts are made in tart pans with pastry dough, but I was partially incorrect as I should have thought as "Most" tarts are done in a tart pan with a pastry dough. Baking Partners challenge gives me an opportunity to do recipes that I might not really try... This recipe is fairly simple and can get you many rave reviews and lots of wow!!! Most of the ingredients in here are by choice, like onions, olives, cheese, sun dried tomatoes. This recipe is one of the four recipes for this month's Baking partner's challenge announced by Swathi
