One of my favorite sweets is enjoy is thirattipal, but it takes for ever to do them. But the taste and the end result is so worth the time, effort spent. Here I came across a simple recipe and got the thirattipal in 15 minutes... Now that is so delicious and also the time and effort is much less..
Ingredients
Sugar - 1 1/2 - 2 cups
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Ricotta Cheese - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Method
In a microwave safe bowl, add sugar, milk powder and the ricotta cheese
Mix well and add the butter on top and microwave for 5 minutes
Stir well and microwave for another 5 minutes
Stir well and microwave for another 3 - 5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved
You can serve this both warm and cold.. But I love it cold..
Once cool to room temperature, transfer to the serving bowl and refrigerate them covered until ready to serve
Just 10 before serving, bring them out of the refrigerator and serve chilled!!!
