Eggless Cauldron Cakes

Wish you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2013
You learn so many new things daily... one such learning was this new type of cake. This is designed with the Harry Potter Theme... When Gayathri announced this cake for the Eggless Baking Group challenge, it looked very exciting and it was like food modeling. We were designing the chocolate cupcake to look like Cauldron ( a large metal pot) from the Harry Potter. When my daughter saw the cupcake, she shouted with excitement - handbag cupcake!!!! Yes she is too small to watch Harry Potter and to her it is Handbag cupcake and we all liked that name!!!!

Ingredients
Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes - 12 (recipe click here)
Milk - 1 table spoons
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 table spoon

Method
Melt white chocolate chips until it is all melted and gooey. Add milk until it comes to frosting consistency and set aside
Melt semi sweet chocolate chips with butter until all melted and shiny
Pipe the semi sweet chocolate mixture into small handles on a butter paper and allow it to set in the fridge for around 10 - 15 minutes.
Scoop / carve out a small piece from the top of the cupcake and fill it with the white chocolate mixture and make 2 rounds on the outer of the white chocolate filling and set the handles to stick. To help the handles stick, put a dot of the frosting as a glue.
Now the Cauldron cakes are ready.
