Ao you love to eat fries - yeah me too:) and a lot of times I feel guilty for its calories and I was so excited when I saw this low fat version which is baked and not fried and I wanted to try it out.. Oh that was very addictive and so delicious... You can enjoy it with some ranch sauce or ketchup and not feel guilty also!!! Also the masalas and spices are as per choice. Ingredients
Potatoes – 5 medium
Red Chili Powder - 1 tea spoon
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Onion Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Oil - 2 to 3 table spoons
Paprika - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt – 1 tea spoon
Coriander Leaves – For Garnish
Method
Wash and cut the potato into wedges
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C
Grease a baking tray
To the cut potatoes add all the other ingredients and gently toss them until the masalas are well coated
Spread the wedges on to the baking tray in a single layer
Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes until the wedges are golden in color and crispy on the outside
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!!!
