Cream Cheese is a delicious condiment served along with bagel and crackers. It is also used as an ingredient in making deserts like Cheesecake and Mousse. I got this recipe from Gayathri's blog and with only 2 ingredients, this is surely a keeper recipe.
Ingredients
Paneer - 1 cup
Thick Curd - 1 cup
Method
In a mixer, add the paneer and the thick curd and blend until it is a smooth paste
Place a muslin cloth or cheese cloth or a cotton cloth over a strainer and place the strainer over the bowl
Pour the paneer and thick curd mixture over the strainer
Keep this entire setting inside the fridge for 2 - 4 hours
Once all the water is drained, the cream cheese is ready..
